Starting this blog feels like lighting a small candle in a dark room – a quiet yet bold act of bravery. I created Everlight as a space for connection, reflection, and positivity. This is a place to pause, breathe, and embrace the beauty of life.

Why Everlight?

The name Everlight comes from a simple yet powerful idea: within each of us, there is a light that can shine through anything. Whether it’s faith, kindness, resilience, or creativity, this light is ours to nurture and share, at all times.

  • Food: Recipes and memories of food I can’t stop eating.

A Little About Me

I have always loved writing, storytelling, and connecting with others. Whether through a comforting meal, a good book, or a quiet moment of reflection, I find joy in the simple things:

  • A cold Diet Coke

  • The extra pickle you were not going to eat

  • When my friends send me pictures of their (our) kids

  • The cool side of the pillow

  • People who are curious and ask questions

  • Sunsets

  • Girl talk

  • Riding with the windows down

Like you, I am learning as I go, and this blog is as much a journey for me as I hope for you.
